Step into the blue and simple lobby of the Boundary and you could be mistaken for having walked into a modern office not a classic hotel lobby. From here you have two choices; head to the rooftop for a drink with a view or to the cosy basement for a swanky pre dinner beverage.

On the rooftop you will find a large garden terrace area with seating among plants and a 360° view of East London. A perfect place in the summer to have a chin wag over a Boundary Cup cocktail pitcher (£26) or two with a group of friends and watch the sun go down. In the cooler months heaters dot the outside area and blankets are available for patrons to get cosy. If you're in the mood, cigars are available to purchase at the bar.  A covered casual dining area makes up one corner of the terrace which has a delightful Mediterranean and French influenced menu. On Sundays there is 50% off seafood dishes after 8pm.

Down below on minus level two you will find an intimate bar dripping in 70s chic. The bar is separated by at least 150 bottles of spirits made into a feature wall. Don’t be put off by the bar being in a basement - there is nothing basement about it at all. It's a perfect place to have a drink before dinner or just to relax, get intimate whether it be with a lover or a friend. If Martinis are your thing then a popular choice is the Honey Martini (£9) which is sure to give you a buzz. This is the place for those who know their drink - extensive gin, vodka, tequila, rum and international whiskys are avaliable. For those wanting a wine time, browse the wine bible with over 100 wines (red, white, rose & sparkling), sourced from every corner of the globe.
