The Kings Arms

The Kings Arms

Opened in 1981, The Kings Arms was well known as a very traditional pub, based near Oxford Street, with carpeted floors and big selection of cask ales. Since the 90s, this cosy pubhas been a hub for bears and cubs.

During the day, The Kings Arms looks and feels like a standard country pub but at night it gets crammed with older gay men. Now that bears have gone so mainstream, the place attracts a more diverse crowd, like twinks and bear-chasers. However, it REALLY helps if you have a beard because, after all, it IS The King’s Arms at the end of the day. D’uh!

The London’s favourite bear pub does great drink promotions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A pint of beer starts at £2.75 and a bottle of house wine is only £8.95. You won’t find a better deal anywhere else in Soho!

You can participate in their insanely hilarious open mic night which happens every 2nd Saturday of the month OR have a good ole sing-along at their weekly karaoke on Sundays. The legendary pub quiz opens its doors every 1st and 3rd Tuesday night of the month.

On Saturdays, dance and have fun to infectious pop music provided by a live resident DJ, spinning the best tunes from 8:30pm till midnight. We think that The Kings Arms is one of the most attitude-free pubs in London, and is the perfect place to start your night out which could lead you to Beefmince or Brut
