OutSavvy Feature: Full Refunds

As the UK's only ticket solution for inclusive events, we encourage all event organisers who haven't switched over their ticketing to OutSavvy yet to look into our amazing features. This is the time to slowly start planning your return, switch over your ticketing and reach the community for your comeback event!

Every week, we will introduce you to a feature of the OutSavvy platform. This week: full refunds.

Unlike most (currently pretty much all) ticketing platforms, OutSavvy always processes full refunds, including any booking fees when the order is refunded within 60 days of the purchase date. Although there's generally a low chance an event gets cancelled or rescheduled, at times this may occur either due to unforeseen circumstances, personal reasons, or even a global pandemic.

Regardless if an event gets cancelled, rescheduled or the event organiser allows guests to request refunds for whatever reason (always check the event terms & conditions first), we always process full refunds for all orders made within the last 60 days and orders outside the 60 days recieve a full refund minus the OutSavvy booking fee.
