Driven by volunteers, funded by individuals and organisations, Diversity Role Models is a charity that exists to bring an end to LGBTQ+ Bullying.
We aim to stop bullying before it happens by educating all young people about differences in sexuality and gender identity, by challenging stereotypes and by tackling the misuse of language.
At the heart of our work are volunteer role models share their lived experiences of being a part of, or an ally for, the LGBTQ+ community. By sharing these real-life stories, we develop young people's empathy and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues.
