BLISS + Liv Wynter + Dirty Collage
Join us at Sticky Tables & get stuck into some dirty collage alongside live performance from BLISS and Liv Wynter. Escape the pre-Christmas holly jolly and come with us Underground; we’ll bring the scissors. Bar available.
BLISS are Cornwall based artists Lucy Stein and Simon Bayliss. Following their first collaborative project, SS Blue Jacket at KARST in Plymouth in 2013 Stein and Bayliss have since been working together on exhibitions and events including The White Hotel at Gimpel Fils and their 2016 solo show REGRESSION at Kingsgate Workshops, London and Samhain at Cast in Helston. Stein and Baylissalso host and produce Squirming the Worm, a monthly radio show on NTS which weaves together folk music, Cornish traditional witchcraft, field recordings, synth pop, queer bedroom aesthetics, pagan voice porn, mythological rave noise, and hard dark literature.
Liv Wynter is an artist using the language of poetry and rap to draw attention and light to often ignored subjects such as sexuality, domestic violence, class structures and gender. Liv is based in South London and is currently working as artist in residence with LGBTQ youth group Project Indigo in Hackney and Tate Education. She also performs with pop punk band Militant Girlfriend and works with the WHEREISANAMENDIETA? collective to archive the works of female and non-binary artists. Liv recently performed at Plymouth Literature Festival with Emily Pope.

Counter is an inclusive environment but not necessarily a comfortable one. Risk-taking is fun. So is being difficult, challenging, conceptual and critical.
