We are delighted to announce Lindsays Animal School Term Time Club has spaces for children age 7 - 14!
As with all Animal School visits you can be guaranteed a warm welcome by Lindsay and Grace.
During your visit you can expect to meet our menagerie of friendly animals, many of whom have been rescued or rehomed and have their own unique stories. We have something for everyone from llamas to leopard geckos and from parrots to pythons for you to meet for both the educational and therapueutic benefits. You will get to handle the animals whilst learning about their lives.
Our bright and beautiful Mongolian yurt is the hub of your experience and situated in the heart of the South Downs National park.
The experience will last for one hour so please ensure you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start promptly.
Parents and guardians are welcome but due to limited space will be required to remain in the garden to enjoy the rabbits, guinea pigs and free range poultry and have some space to enjoy a well earned cup of tea which will be made for you on arrival.
Please be reasured Lindsay and Grace are fully DBS checked and have full public liability insurance.
Parking is on Streat Lane, you will find us by looking for the first white house on the left if you access the road from Middleton Common Lane which is just minutes from Burgess Hill. Look for the white van with the plastic pigeons on the roof! Please park on the road as close to the vehicle in front to enable everyone to have space.
To access there is a large gate to the left of the house, please do not come through the small front garden gate.
We are an all weather event however should there be high level winds or a thunderstorm we will need to cancel you booking with a view to re-arranging.
