Historical Homos is Instagram's first no-fucks-given guide to history’s greatest homos: ladies, gentlemen, and all the rest.
On 15 April 2018, we're coming out of the Instagram closet to go LIVE for a one-day-only pop-up gallery exhibition in London.
Join us as we bring the greatest queers of yesteryear to life for an immersive event of gallery-browsin’, art-shoppin’, print-makin' and prosecco-poppin’.
The gallery and shop are open for free until 5pm to the public, followed by a prosecco-laced Gay Soirée until 9PM.
Tickets to the Gay Soirée are £7.50, and include:
unlimited prosecco
unsupervised romps around the Warehouse Gallery
unlimited canapés (sponsored by Doritos), and
our eternal gratitude (redeemable in gay heaven for a spot next to Freddie Mercury).
See you there, kweens!
// MORE ABOUT US //
Historical Homos is run by Lucy + Bash, an Instagram-obsessed brother-sister team. Lucy is a graphic designer and creative genius, and Bash is an over-educated queen with a passion for all things homo and all things historical.
Our first pop-up gallery in April 2018 will be one in a series of pop-up events aiming to create new kinds of temporary LGBTQ+ spaces in London. These events are designed for all identities, genders, and non-labeled humans to come together. ALL ARE WELCOME (especially you, Harry Styles).
Our mission is to build a community around celebrating and cultivating London's LGBTQ+ identities with low cost, low pressure events designed to build genuine community connections.
