This page is for SATURDAY TRAINING. This class is not suitable for new members – you must come to a Monday or Thursday class first whether you have boxed before or not.

Knockout London Saturday Boxing Training
Every Saturday, come and join us indoors for an hour of fitness, strength, and skills training. We will meet In the boxing gym on the 1st floor of the Sobell Leisure Centre (no need to pay at reception, just tell them you are there for Knockout).
Changing rooms at gendered M/F and trans-inclusive. In addition, there are 3 completely separate private shower/changing rooms in the Sobell; these are usually locked, but you are able to request a radio key from reception to use them.
We will have gloves to borrow but as this class is not for new members, you must bring your own wraps. More info about equipment here.
We know that this is a financially difficult time for many – we don't want anyone to miss out. Our suggested full price is £10 (£7 concessions)- but if you are struggling to cover this then you can just pay whatever you can afford.
- Places are limited, so please don't turn up unless you have a place booked on this system.
- Tickets go on sale on Monday the week before at 10pm.

Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the class. Please submit a refund request through OutSavvy.
