This workshop will offer you practices to deepen in your self awareness, expand and deepen your confidence in embodying and communicating your pleasure, and learn how it can be a gateway through which you can consciously co create and re write your relationship with your connection to personal power and self expression.
What you will need:
Yoga mat or big thick towels
pillows/ bolsters,
comfy clothes and layer (may get warm when dancing and moving but cold when laying down and resting or chatting)
tea/water
a journal or some pieces of paper and a pen
A warm blanket that can cover the entire body for the guided rest and integration part of the workshop.
