We've lived, we've laughed, we've labia…ed!
Join us on November 5th for our first public event in our new venue at the Vagina Museum! We've got some of the funniest comics on the circuit all here on a Sunday evening.
Headliner: Sikisa
Sikisa is a comedian, writer and producer from South London who has never forgotten her Barbadian roots (yes, the country famous for rum and Rihanna).
Sikisa has been named one to watch with her authentic, fearless and vivacious personality and on-stage presence since winning the public's vote in the 2017 BBC New Comedy Award competition, for which she was a finalist. She has quickly made a name for herself on the comedy circuit with her unique style and has become a regular performer and MC at some of the UK’s favourite comedy nights. She is also a three-time Leicester Festival Aware nominee for Best Newcomer 2020, Best appearance 2021 and best show 2022 with her work in progress shows.Outside of live work, Sikisa has featured on Live at Apollo (BBC), Stand Up Sketch Show (ITV2), Sorry I Didn't Know (ITV), Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club (ITV), The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC), Pie And A Pint (Comedy Central), Off Menu, Evil Genius (BBC Sounds), Perfect Sounds (BBC Sounds), Wheel Of Misfortune (BBC Radio 1), The Leak and Mach Fest (BBC Radio Wales). She is also a regular writer for BBC Radio. She is also an alumni of The Soho Theatre Young Company and a proud member of The Cocoa Butter Club.
Opener: Tasha Cluskey
Tasha Cluskey is an Essex based, cockney voiced Comedian. She has gone from cracking people up by oversharing in beer gardens to oversharing on stages. She was a Semi Finalist in 2022 NATYs, Rising Star New Act Finalist 2023 and Semi Finalist West End New Act 2023. Subtlety might not be her strong suit but leaving you laughing definitely is. "She's bold, brash and puts the spotlight directly on her in the very best of ways" - The Crumb
