You’re sincerely invited to an afternoon of ANGER MANAGEMENT. Dancing through our inner rage and petty frustrations, we invite you to embrace your anger and let it out.
Together we will awaken / bend / bounce / bust / crack / crawl / cry / dive / emerge / explode / fight / holler / jump / kick / laugh / scream / shake / shout / and twist from 2 - 3:30PM.
