Indulge yourself in a three hour hands-on Chocolate Truffle Making and Cocktail Workshop (can include non-alcoholic) in Central London at The Heeltap with Davy’s wine mixologists & David Leslie, Chocolatier & Cake Artist.
On arrival you will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and double dipped chocolate strawberries. During the hands-on workshop you will be guided through making and decorating Belgian chocolate truffles filled with Tahitian vanilla, Raspberry and Hazelnut praline Ganache. Enjoy making three amazing cocktails with experienced mixologists who will guide you through making the perfect cocktails to match your little masterpieces. Included is a gift box and ribbon for your chocolates along with a booklet containing all workshop recipes and information.
The event takes place twice a day (10am and 8pm on Saturdays and 10am and 7pm on Sundays) on 4 selected dates in February near London Bridge at The Heeltap, White Hart Yard, Borough High Street, London SE1 1NX.
