Shea (he//him) is a queer singer, actor, writer and producer from Jersey, Channel Islands, now based in London. He has been awarded BBC Introducing C.I. Track of the Week multiple times over and his track ‘U Mine’ (ft. CARTERTHEBANDIT) was a semi-finalist in The International Songwriting Competition 2023.
Shea performed on the main stage as part of the Birmingham Pride 2023 celebrations, performing his single, U MINE ft. CARTERTHEBANDIT, for the very first time. He returned to the main stage of Channel Islands Pride, which was held this year on his home island of Jersey. He worked with choreographer, Kirsten Chapman, to craft a live show with dancers featuring a mix of unreleased songs from his EP as well as covers, and also featured a duet with Dr. Adam Perchard. In 2023 Shea opened for Rhumba Club, performed at Good Vibrations Festival, The Jersey International Motoring Festival, St. Helier Fete, Harve Des Pas Festival and was a featured singer in Music Managed's Magic of the Musicals, a live band concert in Coronation Park.
Shea has recently released his debut EP and is already in the studio working on his next project, for which he has received funding from ArtHouse Jersey. His music is available on all music streaming platforms and his music videos are available on YouTube.
