Issue with payments or your account?
If you have purchased a ticket on OutSavvy that you can't find there are a few things you can do. Firstly, check the email account you purchased your tickets with and search for 'OutSavvy'. Check your junk folder as well in case your tickets are there. Secondly, if you registered with an account, login with your OutSavvy account details and look for your tickets in the My Tickets page. Lastly, if you still can't find your tickets go to the event page on OutSavvy and use the Contact Organiser form and let them know you need your tickets resent.
If you have a question about an event on OutSavvy you may be able to find the answer on the event page such as event details, entry time etc. If you still require extra information about the event please use the Contact Organiser button on the event page or on your ticket to get in touch with the organiser.
If you're unable to purchase a ticket or register, there are a few things to check. Ensure that your personal details are correct before you try to buy tickets including the details on your card. You can also clear your browser's cache and cookies or use a different web browser to complete your order. If you still can't purchase your ticket please contact us and give as many details of the issue as possible.
OutSavvy events are non-refundable by default unless there has been a cancellation. If your event has been cancelled you will receive a refund from the event organiser or they will contact you with options. If the event organiser has a different refund policy on their event you will need to contact them directly using the Contact Organiser form found either on your ticket or the event page.
If you have contacted the event organiser using the Contact Organiser form and they have not replied please ensure your details are correct and that you have waited 2 working days for a reply. If you have still not had a response please contact us using the form below with details of your enquiry.

All payments on OutSavvy will appear on your statement as 'SQ *OUTSAVVY LTD'. If you have a payment on your statement from OutSavvy that you do not recongise please click the button below and use the form to contact us with as many details as you can provide.
If you would like OutSavvy to delete your account, please browse to the following URL to remove your account and all associated data: https://www.outsavvy.com/mysavvy/deleteaccount
You can also delete your account on the app by selecting "Delete my account" on the profile page
