We can’t help but return to Gayle’s Retreat again for our fifth year - It’s beautiful, tranquil and rejuvenating and every group just loves it!
Ditch your technology and join our small group (max 17 people) of friendly gay, bi and queer men for a nourishing experience of rest, relaxation, connection and rejuvenation.
Gayle's is nestled deep in the Sussex countryside, a haven of peace, calm and a much needed breathing space. Conveniently close to London/Brighton with excellent rail/bus links and plenty of parking should you wish to drive the 90 minutes from London to the sea.
Andy Butterfield and Tom Cowan are your hosts.
Tom is a Person-Centred Psychotherapist, Eco-therapy facilitator and Vajrasati Yoga teacher based in Brighton offering 1 to 1s and group work. He facilitates spaces for gay, bi and queer men to flourish and thrive.
Andy teaches classes and offers 1:1 yoga/bodywork in London and Brighton. His approach is about tapping into and harnessing the innate power, wisdom and pleasure in the body. His particular passion is creating and holding a safe, fun and meaningful space for people to meet themselves and then connect with others in friendship, intimacy, joy and healing.
They have led many workshops and retreats over the years, regularly supporting events for Loving Men, Yoganu, Tantra for Gay Men and Radical Faeries. Their expertise includes: Vajrasati, Yin & Hatha Flow Yoga, Shiatsu, Tantra, Trauma Release, Meditation and Nature Connection Practices.
