For our Spring concert, we will be singing songs about love from the medieval chants of Hildegarde of Bingen (1098–1179) who was inspired by visions to write O Dulcissime Amator 'O Lover Sweet' to living composers MacMillan, Allain, McDowall, Whitacre and Chilcott. Wheatsheaf Hall is an exposed brick Victorian Mission Hall and an atmospheric place to contemplate the greatest of human emotions.
The Hall only holds 100 people, so book early as it is sure to sell out.
