Our host Joseph will lead this workshop that encourages self-confidence, creativity, sensuality and empowerment through a series of dance and movement activities. Through these activities we will also explore self-identity and cultural heritage with an opportunity to reflect and journal your experience.
For this workshop please where clothes that you feel comfortable dancing in, as well as an open-mind and curiosity to connect with yourself and others.
