Early March saw the return of Comedy @ Royal WIlliam Yard with incredible sell out shows. We are back at the end of March/early April and are excited to announce a brand new lineup which is sure to have something for everyone!
We have teamed up with Block and will be using their beautiful Melville room for our comedy events. We are also going to be running 2 shows (same line up) back to back on a Friday and Saturday - giving more opportunity for more people to attend. There will be further announcements regarding potential food deals nearer show time.
And what a line up we have for our second run of shows:
Tamsyn Kelly: A Cornish raised comedian, actor and director. As a comedian she has supported Seann Walsh, Omid Djalili and Jessie Cave, she has also appeared with Russell Kane on Rage Room (Channel 4), as well as Things You Shouldn’t Say on BBC3. Tamsyn directs and performs drag and was a finalist in Man Up 2018. She has recently finished directing her first run of News Revue, and directed Sh*tfaced Showtime’s hit run of The Wizard of Oz at the Leicester Square Theatre and Edinburgh. Tamsyn made her Edinburgh debut in 2018 at the Underbelly with her show Tamsyn Kelly: You’re Welcome.
Will Adamsdale: In 2004 Adamsdale made his Fringe debut in Jackson's Way, intending to run for 10 days. But it became a sleeper hit, championed by Stewart Lee, Lee was so impressed by Will's work that he reportedly threw his full support behind Jackson's Way and Will secured the highly prestigious Perrier Comedy Award. Will has written a number of one man comedy shows and won several awards such as the Fringe First and a Total Theatre Award. He has toured nationally, and internationally to the Melbourne Comedy Festival and 59E59 Theatres in New York.
Kev Mud: After a life of living on and off the streets, Kev is now hiding away in a caravan on a sheep field. Surreal, warm and cuddly, but with a sharp edge. He's only been going for a few months but has already graced stages from Falmouth to London to Glastonbury alongside acts from Mock The Week, QI and Never Mind The Buzzcocks.
Hosted by the Anarchic Willtordian Ballorian Edwardian: A Plymouth resident of 5 years, he has built a reputation as an original comic with a number of songs and skits regarding a variety of topics. A warm and lively host.
