Join Megan Elliott (she/her), founder of Clay Wild, at the Paper Daisy Events Makers Fair in Shoreham for relaxing, spring-inspired pottery workshops. The classes will be focusing on traditional hand-building techniques using minimal tools and are suitable for all levels.

There is a pay and display car park at the back of The Shoreham Centre and lots of free on-road parking north of the train tracks in Shoreham. You can also visit by train or bus! We are minutes away from Shoreham Train Station and a few minutes from the High Street, where the number 2 and 700 bus stops.
Price: £25.00. 8 spaces are available per time slot. Please select the time slot you would like when purchasing your ticket. Available time slots:

About the class:
Participants will learn how to make a trinket dish/coaster using hand-building techniques. Inspired by spring, there will be a selection of plants and flowers available to imprint into the clay (optional). Participants will be guided through how to personalise their new creations. All materials needed are included.
At the end of the class, you will receive a box to take your dish away in and tips on how to decorate it at home when dry.
No experience necessary - suitable for all levels! This workshop is best suited to adults and anyone above the age of 13 accompanied by a paying adult also attending the workshop.

Megan (she/her) is an artist and writer based in Brighton. She is trained in Fine Art and set up Clay Wild to facilitate inclusive and accessible pottery classes for all. Megan has facilitated pottery classes for a wide range of people in different settings: schools, community, corporate and private events.

Paper Daisy are back in Shoreham for their annual Easter Makers Fair, held at The Shoreham Centre. Discover creative workshops and a phenomenal collection of over 70 specially selected Makers, Artists and Designers from across Sussex - spread across two large halls.
Entry to the fair is free!
Artisan caterers, Connie and Cooper, will be hosting the artisan pop-up cafe, providing you with delicious cakes, sweet treats, savoury bakes, hot drinks with some Easter specials too.
Upon entrance, you'll be greeted by the Shoreham Ukelele Group for some feel-good tunes.
