How Does The Session Work?
Queer Sexy Badass is a 1 hour fitness & wellness session, combining body weight & weight training exercises, the focus will be on mastering form, as well as strength & conditioning in the form of fun circuit training. The later part of the session is geared towards mindfulness, leaving you feeling grounded.
- It is ran in a private studio, ensuring we have full control over our environment and that we can create a space space you can rely on.
- You will learn how to gain confidence in Learning how to use the equipment and get the most out of each exercise.
- Allies are welcome if you are coming to support a LGBT friend.
