HELLO EUROPE, this is London calling, and we're giving our DOUZE POINTS to LGSW!
Join the London Gay Symphonic Winds for a celebration of all things Eurovision as we take you on a tour of the continent playing some of the greatest entries from the last 66 years and some other fantastic European classics.
We're DELIGHTED to have Eurovision Royalty SuRie with us as our host!
Like any Eurovision show you have watched before, countries from across Europe (and the wider Eurovision family) will battle it out for the title, and YOU the audience have the chance to vote for your winner!
Eurovision fans can expect some iconic songs from the contest including ABBA's Waterloo, Sandie's Puppet on a String, Conchita's Rise Like a Phoenix, Mans' Heroes, Marie's L'Oiseau et l'Enfant, Duncan Laurence's Arcade AND MUCH MORE!
For LGSW's regular fans, you won't be disappointed, with a chance to vote for pieces outside of the Eurovision-sphere including, Greek folk song Misirlou (also from Pulp Fiction), Jewish folk song Hava Nagila, and Kylie's Locomotion!
And no Eurovision would be without an iconic "Interval" act, and we'll be bringing you the contest's most famous, Riverdance!
LGSW is in LGBTQ+ wind band of around 50 woodwind, brass and percussion players based in Central London.
Doors open at 6.30pm with a licenced bar.
When: Saturday 29th April, 19:00
