What do members of the SAS, rugby players, yoga teachers, social workers and religious people all have in common, that kinky people don't?
They feel able to write management help books discussing how skills from their areas can be used in the workplace.
What skills do you have in the kink world, that you don't think about in the workplace?
This workshop will show how using BDSM concepts such as considering consent, boundaries, ramping difficulty, identifying needs, and developing personas, can help leaders and team workers become more integrated and successful. This workshop is designed for people who have an interest in both kink and leadership and/or management, whatever your industry.
You'll leave recognising the transferable skills you already have, and be ready to use them in your work, whatever you do.
And for those new to kink, you'll learn some of the skills you have used in the workplace and how they apply to kinky play and relationships.
Please note
As part of Fetish Week London, this course is open to people of all genders, sexualities and kink interests. Kink clothing is encouraged, but not mandatory, but please keep it safe for work (no bums or other rude bits showing). Also, pups, please be ready to remove your hoods, as it can be difficult to hear you speak or to read your facial expression.
This is a stand-alone workshop. However, if you wish to join this workshop AND Overcoming Shame (which takes place in the afternoon at the same venue), you can buy one ticket that covers both workshops at a discount. Just choose the ‘both workshops’ option below. You do not need to buy a separate ticket for the afternoon event.
