Welcome to the Gay Happiness Project – an eight-week mindfulness-based group training programme that has been specifically designed for gay men in London who want to increase their happiness and life satisfaction.
During our programme, we will teach you practical life skills and effective self-care techniques, centred around kindness and compassion, that will enable you to better understand yourself and embrace gay life with greater ease. You will learn how to become your own best friend, and how to create a connected, healthy, and balanced life.
Our programme is more than just a course – it's an opportunity to join a supportive group of like-minded gay men who share similar experiences and are dedicated to helping each other grow. Through our supportive and down-to-earth environment, you will quickly establish meaningful connections, building confidence and trust with your fellow participants by sharing your experiences and learning together.
Our highly effective course is ideal if you want to make positive changes in your life and you want to create long-lasting improvements in your mental and emotional well-being. By the end of the programme, you'll leave with the tools and knowledge necessary to continue your journey towards greater happiness and fulfillment.
The Autumn course starts on Wednesday 4th October and runs for six consecutive Wednesday evenings, followed by a full day on Saturday 18th November.
