Demystifying Steroids
Lots of people are using anabolic steroids to help them try and achieve their goals in the gym. But even though steroids are widespread there are very few opportunities to talk openly about them. This secrecy means lots of people who aren’t using steroids - whether or not they are curious about using them - might have questions about them (the answers to which might also help them make better sense of their own body image and exercise goals). This session is a gentle walk through the basics of anabolic steroids: how they work, how to decide whether you want to take them, what the risks are, and how to use them as safely as possible.
