Come and join me every Tuesday 7:30pm-8:30pm for an hour of movement, meditation and breath work

Your mind, body and soul will thank you for it!

All levels, abilities and bodies welcome!

What to bring:

Come with an open mind!
Mats are provided but bring one if you have one
A drink
Come in comfy clothes, bring jumpers, socks, a blanket, cushions etc anything that you would like for shavasana and meditation at the end
Any props if you would like e.g straps, blocks, bolsters etc

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before to park up (looking for unit 6), set up your mat and get ready to relax!
