Dearest Reader,
It is a truth universally acknowledged that a queer in possession of good humour and fine taste must be in want of a drag show. With that in mind, it is nearly time for the most talked about event in all of London Society - ‘I’m in my Regen-slay Era' at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. It is sure to be the highlight of the season, as London's most eligible drag performers gather for a night of enthralling entertainment.
Join me, Lady Fanny Flutterton (Curly), as I enter society and begin my quest for that special something which all young ladies aspire to - a true love match. But, will I find love before my overbearing mother the Duchess of the Third Leg (Vanilla Parker Balls) marries me off to save our families dwindling fortune? Come to the RVT on the 27th February to find out.
Expect to see performances from the sexiest suitors, absurdest aristocrats, and, if you're lucky, you may even lock eyes with a dance partner of your own. Dressing up is encouraged but not necessary.
Your ever affectionate friend,
Curly
