Following the success of the 90 minute workshops I am offering a series of 4 x 2 hour sessions during which time participants will be able to learn new techniques and practice them,
(7th April 3-5pm)- How to defend from knife attacks and other weapons.
Join Sali in these 2 hour workshops which will give an overview of tried and tested defence methods.
You will not need previous experience and all levels of fitness will be able to deliver the techniques which are designed to use minimal effort to create maximum impact.
Sali Walker, the facilitator, has over 25 years experience in a range of martial arts and is a 3rd dan in ju jitsu. They are offering this workshop in response to the increased level of physical attacks occurring within the LGBTQ+ community. This is an inclusive space intended to empower you with defences you can use when there is no other option.
This workshop is interactive and should be fun and enjoyable!
