PC Andy De Santis (he/him)
A LGBT+ police officer who looks after crime and Anti-Social Behaviour in Soho. Previously working as a volunteer in a drug and alcohol misuse service before joining the police, he uses the knowledge gained to help people strugglin through substance misuse and working in partnership with other services for safety and prevention.
Emmanuella Fadire (she/her)
Lead for Westminster Night Stars and part of the Westminster Night Safety Campaign. Night Stars are a team of volunteers there to help you. Whether you need water, directions, slippers or someone to talk to, our team of volunteers will be there for you in your time of need to ensure you get home safely. Emmanuella will give a talk about the incredible work of her team of volunteers in supporting vulnerable people and how to get involved.
Nikolaos Souvlakis (he/him)
A senior lecturer at Westminster University with years of experience as a psychoanalyst and consultant in many settings and organisations. He has been supporting the LGBTQ+ population for the last 20 years through his job as a psychoanalyst and clinical supervisor. He has also been working as a forensic psychologist for many years.
Nikolaos is dedicated to dismantling systemic oppression and championing equality for all. With an unyielding commitment to justice and a fiery passion for social change, Nikolaos fearlessly advocates for the rights and dignity of LGBTQ+ individuals around the world. Driven by personal experiences and a deep sense of empathy, Nikolaos harnesses the power of advocacy to challenge discrimination, prejudice, and inequality.

I Joined The Met as a Nurse Practitioner in 2017 and have been managing the Healthcare Practitioner's in South London since 2019. My clinical background is neurosurgery, neuro-rehabilitation, emergency care, and general surgery.
As Met Det’s Project Sagamore lead I have created a Custody-Specific withdrawals assessment and safety tool, enhanced guidance on how to support Chemsex Cohort detainees through detention. I am committed to ensuring front line Police and local NHS Trusts are aware of the dangers posed by the unique presentation of intoxication and withdrawals from GHB.
