On the 26th of May, Rooted Revelry is once again delighted to host an evening of engaging, explorative storytelling and song, rooted in myth and folklore, in the charming and characterful Love Shack.
The event will be hosted by performer and celebrant, Lonan Jenkins, who co-founded and produced Queer'd and The Embers Collective.
Rooted Revelry was lovingly birthed in Ibiza in 2021 by performers and producers Jodie Powell and Lonan Jenkins. We curate intentional spaces that focus on community, creativity, ceremony and connection, honour the seasons, and create mischief at festivals and celebrations across Europe. Expect intimate storytelling, performance poetry, live art, live music, workshops, play, and shimmying to our DJs under the moon's magnificent light.
Tickets are £15, with a £10 option for unwaged people and a £12.50 option for those who may be struggling this month. As an independent creative collective, we encourage you to please support us by buying the £15 ticket if you can afford it, as we want to pay our performers fairly in these challenging times.
Doors open at 6pm; show starts at 7pm sharp.

Love Shack is a wonderful, cosy venue near Cambridge Heath run on a beautiful ethos with a delicious fully vegan kitchen and delightful array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We highly recommend arriving early, thirsty and hungry to sample their fantastic menu.
