The Breathing Room For Professionals (Online)

The Breathing Room is a facilitated space to talk about grief, loss and dying. Everyone is welcome, but this session is designed for people working in paid or unpaid roles supporting people who are experiencing homelessness, addiction, and similar struggles.

Each session will begin with a few moments of quiet reflection and an invitation to listen to each other. In addition, we ask that people coming agree not to share what we talk about after the session. We don’t focus on certain topics or invite guest speakers to The Breathing Room, rather each session is shaped by what people in the room want to talk about.

To make sure the space is welcoming and everyone has the chance to share, each session is limited to a maximum of twenty participants.
