London Royals Hockey Club - Women's Recruitment Day

The London Royals is the UK’s first and only LGBTQ+ field hockey club, based in the heart of London. We are currently looking to recruit more people for the women's section of our club so we're hosting a recruitment day!

On the day, you will get to meet some of our current members, play a bit of fun and relaxed hockey and then we'll head to the pub after for some food and drinks! If you're new to the Royals, your first two sessions are completely free!

We will have sticks you can borrow but if you have shin pads and a gum shield that would be great, but definitely not essential for your first time.

We are recruiting for our W1s (London Division 3 North), W2s (London Division 6 East) and development team! So there is plenty of opportunity to get involved no matter your hockey ability!

Whether you want to try a new sport, get back into hockey or are just looking for a new hockey club to join, you should come along and give the London Royals Hockey Club a go!

We are trans/non-binary inclusive and have many trans/non-binary folk in the club. You can play for whichever team you identify with. For non-binary players, essentially the choice is yours.
