The Summer Slam!

An evening to read your own (or your favourite) piece of poetry to help raise money.

More specifically, today we are raising money to help the local charity- The Outhouse.

This will be our largest event yet and include an on site bar and cafe to purchase supplies during the slam as well as a raffle.

We want to welcome all people, new poets- experienced poets- even people who just like to perform! We push you to book a seat and come down for the evening

Age restriction: 14+

This is a public venue so even though poems can have darker themes, please refrain from any explicit or triggering images
We are using one of curzons spaces- so purchasing from their own bar rather than bringing your own snacks would mean a lot :)
We are aiming for around a 7.45 start so try and arrive as close to 7.30 as possible
We will have a photographer for the event- anyone not comfortable with their photo being shared online should come talk to myself
