LGBTQ+ Unpaid Carers Group - St Albans
This is an informal space for LGBTQ+ people who are unpaid carers and those who are unpaid carers of LGBTQ+ people in Hertfordshire .
Time out just for you, mindful activities, time away on your own to relax and unwind.
If you look after someone who couldn't cope without you - you can join these sessions for FREE: you could be a parent, look after an elderly person or any age relative, if you or they identify as LGBTQ+.
This also can include parents or unpaid carers of LGBTQ+ children, LGBTQ+ partners, disabled or elderly relatives.
This will be a safe space to talk and share with others who have found success or difficulties with solutions we can all benefit from.
October Activity - Pasta Making
St Albans Museum + Gallery Saint Peters Street, St Albans, AL1 3DH
Monthly session on a Saturday 1.00 -3.00 pm are in-person in St Albans Town Centre.
Activities include Arts and Craft, Pottery, Drawing, Card making, quizes, board games and more……

(All guests attending our events must register for a ticket with their own individual email address. )
Sessions need to be booked for Health & Safety, Fire and attendance monitoring purposes.
