About Arne Pohlmeier:
Arne Pohlmeier is a Lewisham-based theatre director with roots in Germany. Growing up as a migrant in Cameroon, Germany, the USA, and Wales has given him a unique cross-cultural perspective. In 2008, Arne co-founded Two Gents Productions with British-Zimbabwean actors Denton Chikura and Tonderai Munyevu. The company has toured across Australia, Europe, and Southern Africa. Arne’s most recent work includes co-directing and adapting Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park for the Watermill Theatre in 2023.
