Open to people of all levels, especially beginners to voguing/dancing.
What to expect: Voguing foundation (Classic Performance), Ballroom history & culture, intuitive movement, Q&A/discussions, obscure food analogies.
Voguing is a dance-based art form that is just one part of Ballroom - a culture that grew from the Black and Latinx LGBTQ+ communities in prisons and the Harlem drag ball scene.
It doesn't matter if you've not danced before or never heard of Voguing. This is a relaxed space for people of all abilities & backgrounds to discover Ballroom, discover themselves and most importantly to have fun! 🎈
CW: I talk very frankly about things that can be triggering to some eg. discrimination, gender, sexuality, mental illness, addiction etc. Please bear this in mind when booking 🌱
Tickets available online only - you will need the instructions on the confirmation email to access the studio.

Timings:
- 10m: Meditation, Intro
- 10m: Warm up
- 1hr 20m: Voguing technique, Ballroom history & culture
- 10m: Stretch down, Meditation
Please wear clothes/shoes you can move freely and comfortably in, and bring a water bottle if possible (drinking tap available).
