Join us at Carnegie Library for a sound bath on this full moon and partical eclipse. A moment where we come together to support our wellbeing and make a difference for three communities in The Gambia.
Sound Bath
For those of you who are new to sound baths, it is an immersive sonic meditative journey in which one is encouraged to surrender to the sounds. Sound is more than just an auditory experience; it's a vibration that touches every cell in our body. During the sound bath, Dre will gently guide you into a meditation to anchor you into your body, then orchestrate healing sounds with crystal and himalayan singing bowls, wind chimes as well as other instruments that create soothing vibrations and therapeutic sound waves.
Tea and fruit will be made available after the session for those who wish to stay around.
Supporting Gambia
We are bringing together three communities— a coding school, a vocational training school, and a village in need of water— to create real change. The tech school will build a platform for the vocational training school, while the vocational training school provides the equipment the village needs to access clean water.
By purchasing a ticket to our Sound Bath, you'll not only enjoy a wellness session designed to restore balance and relaxation but also help support this collaborative effort to provide life-changing access to water and education. This event is one of many to come to support these communities. Join us on the 17th Sept to learn more about each organisation and the fundraiser.
