WORD LEGO is a new poetry workshop facilitated by Sarah Lasoye, and hosted at Juno Books. Come along to (i) read poems, (ii) write poems and (iii) share works in progress. In each workshop we'll read and discuss a few poems by different writers, spend time with responsive writing exercises, and offer reflections on shared work. If you'd like to share your work in progress in a session, email Sarah beforehand!
Note: This is a pay what you can workshop, with a recommended donation of £5-10. Currently, all proceeds from WORD LEGO will be donated to funds supporting Palestinian life in Gaza. This workshop prioritises reading and discussing poetry by marginalised poets, and poetry with connection to liberation politics.
