Join us to make history with the first ever Pride Swim Big Dip at Brighton beach on Saturday 26th October at 2pm next to Sealanes.
The Big Dip, sponsored by our friends at Speedo will be opened by Olympic Swimmer and LGBTQIA+ activist Michael Gunning.
With space for 200 participants to take a dip in the sea, we hope to make a huge splash by raising vital funds for Switchboard LGBTQIA+ Helpline.
There will be pre and post swim activities, including breathwork sessions, a pop-up sauna and a post-event celebration at Sealanes.
All participants will get a specially designed Speedo x Pride Swim swim cap, a medal and a Speedo goody bag.

The price to join is £10, with the opportunity to add an extra donation to Switchboard LGBTQIA+ Helpline.
