Content Creation: The Organisation shall, during the course of the Event, produce photographic and video content for promotional purposes. The Organisation reserves the right to conduct livestreaming, subject to appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion.
Privacy Preferences: An identifier (YELLOW 🟡 Sticker) will be handed out on arrival for those who prefer not to be prominently featured. Attendees will be reminded to be aware of this.
