Into The Heart was born in the city of Brighton & Hove.

We offer a regular bi-monthly half day workshop creating connections, healing and community for gay, bi & queer men.

This month we’ll explore the therapeutic nature of Vajrasati yoga, the healing touch of Shiatsu massage and spend some time checking in with each other as a group.

We're also SUPER excited to be hosting Queer Shaman, Dandelion, who is reclaiming ancient ways using traditional Shamanic techniques and modern methods. For this event he will be offering us the healing power of sound with an immersive soundscape of bowls, gongs and chimes taking you on a journey of deep relaxation.

The sessions are led by Tom Cowan & Andy Butterfield who regularly work with organisations including Loving Men, Tantra for Gay Men, Radical Faeries and Queer Spirit Festival.

This will be a supportive, kind and caring environment held by experienced teachers and facilitators.

If you’re new to this kind of event, you’ll soon feel at home and warmly welcomed by a lovely group of like minded, open hearted men.

Bookings are open now priced at £35/£25 Karma Card Holders (cards available here)

The event will start at 1415 and you are welcome to arrive from 1400.
