Event Photography and Filming Notice
By participating in the QUEER Salsa BDAY Social Mar 2025 hosted by Sanura Dance Organisation, you agree to the following:
- Content Creation: The Organisation shall, during the course of the Event, produce photographic and video content for promotional purposes. The Organisation reserves the right to conduct livestreaming, subject to appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion.
- Privacy Preferences: An identifier (YELLOW 🟡 Sticker) will be handed out on arrival for those who prefer not to be prominently featured. Attendees will be reminded to be aware of this.
- Reasonable Efforts: While we will respect privacy preferences, we can't guarantee complete exclusion from all imagery.
- Third-Party Content: We cannot control personal photography or social media sharing by attendees. Please be considerate of others' privacy.
- Free Tickets: Limited free tickets are available for individuals with low income, who agree to attend all sessions unless circumstances prevent attendance.
