Curious about functional training that combines powerlifting, strength, and complex movements? This session is perfect for you!
In addition to your usual Master Gladiators, Joe—our expert in functional fitness—will lead you through an introduction to a high-energy workout. You’ll practice key powerlifting techniques like front squats, power cleans, presses, alongside other complex movements designed to build strength, power, and endurance.
Once you’ve nailed the basics, you’ll take on a 27-minute Workout of the Day (WOD), blending these movements into a fast-paced and rewarding session.
We’ll finish with a full cool down and stretch to leave you feeling great.
