A full day for to explore and play in a safe, friendly and conscious space
The day will start with an embodiment practice to explore how to let go of all those patterns which does not serve us any longer.
We will move in how to use shibari to hold each other to turn restrain into liberation, to allow to be supported and invite healing.
There is an opportunity for consensual touch to progress into a ritual including consensual touch. This could include external anal massage - which will be demonstrated during the workshop -. The anus is an area which we often hold shame, tightness and control in a way that can keep us ‘stuck’. This is an invitation to explore anal touch in a safe, kind and only in a way that feels right for you - the focus is in nourishing and consensual touch-. Equally you could decide that anal touch is not what you are available for and you can design your own healing ritual-. You determine your practice and what you feel happy to explore.
Richie
is a life coach, psychologist, yoga teacher, trained in Classical and Neotantra. With a long experience in holding groups and individual men in their journey to their healing and personal freedom.
Pep is a therapist, body worker and Neotantra coach with a particular interest in blending tantra with kink. Using sexual energy as a transformative tool for personal growth and healing.
Pep and Richie have been working together creating spaces of safe exploration for gay men. They run group retreats in Portugal twice a year in June and October.
