Join The Clare Project's Care Navigators for an evening dedicated to doing life admin, fuelled by pizza!
Get help with paperwork like name changes, applying for a GRC, CVs, renewing a passport or updating your driving licence. There will be a laptop available for people to use but we encourage you to bring one, or a smartphone or tablet if possible. Free copies of common forms, WiFi, a printer, stationery (envelopes etc) and free postage are available.
We’ll also be joined by James Cooper, Solicitor at Mayo Wynne Baxter (pictured below).

As a solicitor, James is also a commissioner for oaths meaning he can administer statutory declarations. Statutory declarations are required for obtaining a GRC and can be used to support an enrolled deed poll application. There are some other matters that James may be able to assist with such as amending title deeds at Land Registry and submitting deed polls for enrolment.
Although a statutory declaration usually costs £5, James will be offering this service for no charge (though a donation to The Clare Project instead is welcome).
The event will be held at South Wing Room 2, Community Base, BN1 3XG. The space is accessible to wheelchair users but unfortunately cannot accommodate mobility scooters.
Email carenavigators@clareproject.org.uk if you have any questions, dietary requirements or access needs you want to discuss.
