Step into a world of connection and sensual delight as we explore community through our senses at the QT Social! This intimate gathering invites members of the Queer community to come together for an enchanting evening filled with mindfulness and community bonding.
Celebrate our senses and emotions coming alive.
Each social will celebrate and integrate a primary use of one of the senses. In August, we will focus on the senses of sight and smell ahead of our Queer workshop in September. Engage in two practices, one to encourage connection to the self and the second to celebrate connection with others as a way to meet other like-hearted people from the community. The practices are lightly held and thoughtfully created to nurture a safe environment for exploration and connection.

Schedule of Activities
19:00 - 19:30 Arrival, settle in, and connect with others
19:30 - 20:30 Welcome and introduction, meditation, gently guided activities utilising sound as a way to go deeper into ourselves. In August, we will utilise different aromas and visualisations and consider how they move different emotions within, tracking the sounds up the body, independently and then with others. This will be followed by an invitation to participate in a sharing circle.
20:30 - 21:00 - Grab a drink, socialise, and...
21:00 - Move to the bar upstairs in The Nelson's and continue spreading the love.

Tickets are priced at £7. Due to limited capacity, only 30 tickets will be available, so be sure to secure your spot quickly, as they are expected to sell out fast.
