Join us to learn simple but powerful meditative tools by Sadhguru, specially designed to empower you to take joy, clarity and mental wellbeing into your own hands. Led by a trained teacher, this session will be a chance to experience a new meditation by Sadhguru, created for the Miracle of Mind global people’s movement. Stay back after for homemade food in the SET Social gardens.
