This group uses:

-improvisation

-and, of course, laughter

All of this creates a strong group dynamic that will make you feel relaxed and connected with others, positive, happy and less serious!

All participants are invited to stay after the session to socialise.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Ellie K. has been running laughter yoga sessions since March 2013. She is certified as laughter yoga leader by Dr. Medan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga. She has 7 years of experience running games and activities for various youth groups.

There is a recommended donation of £10 or £7 concessions(PLEASE BRING CASH) to No Means No Worldwide sexual violence prevention charity or if you pay here in advance its £5: However if you can't afford to pay no problem please come anyway. We will probably go for food or drink afterwards so please join us. Please invite anyone else that might like to come.
