Join us and workshop facilitator Tamara-Jade Kaz for an intimate workshop centring mental health and wellbeing.
Throughout the workshop, we will be creating maps both individually and collectively. Solo maps will focus on mapping your inner landscape of emotions, and our co-created map will highlight meaningful places in London that are connected to your mental wellbeing.
We will have a selection of art materials for you to get creative with. No prior art experience is needed and facilitators will be there to provide guidance and support.
