Just because we're in a gay club doesn't mean we (only) want Britney, Robyn and Janelle Monae. GIVE US JAZZ WE CAN RAVE TO, GODDAMMIT.
DJ Tina Edwards heads up a new night to South-East London's rapturous basement, The Chateau. Centered in Jazz (yes, really), London's Face is the club night you never knew you could dance at. Four to the floor, roaring saxophones and percussive breakdowns will drop between the stained glass windows of this Camberwell hide-out.
Tina Edwards (Supreme Standards, British Airways) is at the forefront of the UK's Jazz revolution. She's played across UK, Chicago and Singapore, and spins at London venues including Corsica, Jazz Cafe, Roundhouse and various festivals. Tina will be joined by another DJ that she shares the waves with on Gilles Peterson's Worldwide FM; Papaoul will be bringing sun-drenched and sweaty latin bangers.
Expect the unexptected, alongside house, electronica, and maybe a few 90s underground classics. A night of excellently curated music by two progressive DJs in one of London's hottest new LGBTQ+ spaces. DON'T MISS THIS.

Gender neutral toilets are available. THERE IS NO CLOAK ROOM. The closest station is Denmark Hill overground station, 13 mins walk from the venue. Bus services run on the same street as the venue (Camberwell Church Street) with routes to North East, central and more.
