A workshop specifically for trans+ folk.
New to calisthenics? Curious about bodyweight strength training but not sure where to start? This session is for you :)
Join us for a welcoming intro workshop created specifically for trans+ people. We’ll cover the basics: think pull-ups, dips, rows, and shoulder stands and more in a low-key, supportive space that’s all about building confidence and strength.
Come as you are babe - absolute beginners and more experienced gym-goers alike are welcome.
Expect slay music, good energy, and lots of love.
14:15-15:45 - All-Levels Queer Calisthenics Jam
This is a fun workout for queers of all experience levels. Whether you’re a pro athlete, casual gym goer or just curious to try calisthenics come down and get involved! 90 mins of skills, reps and challenges.
Bookers for the first class are more than welcome to stick around for the second if they fancy going back to back just please book a spot for both classes.
